DASH — Colour Fun

DASH Colour Run is a “must see” event. The event attracts thousands of young persons every year and it’s easy to see why—it’s an experience like no other.

This year, the excitement doubled. Persons were eager to be a part of the epic rush that is DASH, and on Sunday March 1, they gathered near The Sab Playing Field for the DASH of a lifetime.

And off they went, after the 6:00 a.m. gun start, DASH-ing like their very lives depended on it.

Bursts of powder transformed the atmosphere and it was welcomed by all. They were covered from head to toe, but they couldn’t be happier; persons danced, some walked and some ran… all whilst making memories that would last forever.

The sixth annual Independence Colour Run ended at the “Independence Village” in Bois D’Orange, and an after party for DASH-ers started shortly after.

They got a heads up beforehand: it was going to be an unforgettable event.

“This larger than life party will be equipped with concessionaires, music, dancing and massive colour throws,” DASH said in a Press Release.

And they kept their word. It was an action-packed event which went on for hours and at the end, persons were painted in striking colours; some even left as DASH Heroes, something they would never forget.

Others would never forget DASH’s benevolence, especially the Child Development and Guidance Center (CDGC), an organization DASH has supported over the years. This year, proceeds from the event will go towards an innovation camp that supports 250 students organized by the Junior Achievers.
