Clent Mitchel better known as “Islands” is thrilled to announce the release of his debut single ‘Know My Name’.
Written and produced by the young creative, ‘Know My Name’ was first introduced to the public in December 2018 via Islands’ participation in the Caribbean YouthFest Competition where he not only captured the win in his category, but also the overall Youth Star title with his performance.

Islands is also synonymous with the production powerhouse The Audio Lab which has worked with a number of heavy weights in the local music industry despite the fact that Islands has been producing for only two years.
According to the musician, the single is a culmination of all he has learnt and developed in the past two years of producing full time.
The lyrics paint a picture of a determined artiste on a mission to leave his impact on the music scene with a go for all “stress free” approach, backed up by an upbeat dancehall infused instrumental with an impressive guitar solo and smooth vocals to wrap up what comes across as an impressive first release.
